In partnership with the Foundation for Research on Blood Diseases, Kokouspiste organized the annual Nordic Coagulation Meeting in Helsinki.
We were responsible for the overall congress management, including programme coordination, delegate management, exhibition coordination and operational event planning.
The event brought together nearly 200 specialists and keynote speakers from around the world at Aalto University and Restaurant Töölö.
The congress programme included poster sessions, abstract presentations and an industry exhibition. Remote lectures and satellite symposia were streamed, enabling wider international participation.
A dedicated congress website was created for the event and later transformed into an event application in collaboration with Eventos. The congress gala dinner took place at the historic Helsinki Stock Exchange Building, providing an elegant setting for networking and celebration.
