The Story of Kokouspiste
Kokouspiste is a family-owned meeting, congress and event agency based in Helsinki, Finland. Founded in 2011, Kokouspiste began with the idea that event organizers need a trusted expert who genuinely works on their behalf. Two experienced event professionals saw that there was a need for an independent partner between clients and venues – someone who could simplify the planning process, bring fresh ideas and manage every detail from start to finish.
Over the years, our team has grown from two professionals to nine event specialists, but the core of our business has remained the same. We help our clients find the right venues and create successful, memorable events tailored to their objectives.
Whether it’s a small internal meeting or an international congress with hundreds of participants, we take responsibility for every event with professionalism, enthusiasm and attention to detail.
Throughout the years, we have delivered international congresses, corporate celebrations, seminars and employee events. We have been involved in events where new ideas are created, important decisions are made, achievements are celebrated and people come together from around the world.

Our team
Our team consists of experienced professionals specializing in meetings, congresses and event management. Each event is assigned a dedicated project manager who is responsible for the overall delivery and acts as the client’s primary point of contact throughout the entire process. You always know who is managing your event and who to contact when you need answers or support.
