Hematology Days bring together approximately 100 doctors and researchers, along with 15–19 exhibitors, for a two-day educational event in Bridgehospital, Helsinki, every year. Kokouspiste has worked with the event’s organising committee for several years, and the 2026 event marked our sixth consecutive production.
We were responsible for participant and exhibitor registration, pre-event communications and customer service, as well as the practical on-site delivery of the event. Using the Lyyti event management system, we managed registrations, abstract submissions and real-time reporting.
During the event, we took care of registration, welcoming participants, name badges, venue arrangements and practical coordination. This allowed the organisers to focus on the programme content and engaging with participants.
