VAV Group organized two opening events in their newly renovated offices in Vantaa in collaboration with Kokouspiste. One event was arranged for employees and their families, while the other welcomed stakeholders and partners.
We were responsible for event coordination, programme management, technical production, lighting and catering arrangements. Custom beverages designed specifically for VAV’s brand identity were also created for the events.
The events received outstanding feedback from participants, particularly for the atmosphere, smooth organization and professional execution.
