Kolmeks Oy celebrated its 80th anniversary in Vanajanlinna on Friday, May 23, 2025.
A total of 50 guests attended the company celebration held at Vanajanlinna. The evening was a successful and seamless combination of high-quality surroundings, a carefully planned program, and a warm, inviting atmosphere.
The event was hosted by Noora Karma, who also performed during the evening. Her show received excellent feedback and added just the right touch of surprise and entertainment to the celebration. Later in the evening, Bubble Band took over and elevated the mood with lively dance music. Guests had a great time, and the evening flowed smoothly according to the pre-planned schedule.
Transportation was arranged in cooperation with HämeBus, and Vanajanlinna’s highly professional kitchen delighted guests with a dinner that was widely thanked for both its flavor and presentation.
The event was produced by Marina Gerkman, who oversaw the entire experience with professionalism and ensured everything went smoothly and in style.

Pihlis-day 21.5.2025
We were pleased to be involved in organizing the Pihlis Day at Clarion Hotel Helsinki Airport.
The event was held for the third time, and it brought together approximately 400 participants. The day offered diverse and topical educational content for different professional groups in the care sector – including public health nurses, nurses, radiologists and occupational health nurses.
Kokouspiste was responsible for the practical arrangements of the event in close cooperation with the client and the hotel. The day was a success in terms of both content and atmosphere – thanks to all participants and partners!
Nordic Coagulation Meeting 11.-13.9.2024 in Helsinki
We organized the annual Nordic Coagulation Meeting congress in Helsinki together with the Blood Disease Research Foundation on September 11–13, 2024.
The congress gathered nearly 200 experts and keynote speakers from around the world. Remote lectures and satellite symposia were streamed live, enabling broader international participation.
The event was held at Aalto University, with the main stage located in the elegant banquet hall of Restaurant Töölö. The congress also featured an exhibition, poster sessions, and abstract presentations, providing participants with in-depth networking opportunities.
A custom event website was created and transformed into a dedicated event app during the congress in collaboration with Eventos. Registration and payment processing were handled through Lyyti, ensuring smooth participant management.
Nordic Coagulation Meeting 2024 was compliant with the MedTech Europe Code of Ethical Business Practice, and we supported the process of obtaining approval.
The Gala Dinner was held at the stylish Pörssi, offering a beautiful setting for both celebration and networking.

International Congress of the Nordic Transport Workers’ Federation (NTF) in Helsinki
We had the pleasure of organizing the international congress of the Nordic Transport Workers’ Federation (NTF) for 185 participants in April 2023 at Scandic Grand Marina in Helsinki. The entire process went smoothly!
It was wonderful to see how the event organizer could once again focus on the content and the participants, while we took care of every detail of the event. Katja and Niina from Kokouspiste received warm praise from both the organizers and the congress participants for their professionalism, flexibility, and friendly approach.
Early Childhood Education Teachers’ Conference
The Early Childhood Education Teachers’ Union of Finland has trusted Kokouspiste’s expert services for many years. In September 2024, the annual conference was held at the Paviljonki Congress Center in Jyväskylä for over 500 participants.

IMCOS Conference / Post Tour
Kokouspiste organized the post tour for the IMCOS Conference in August 2023 in the Kotka–Loviisa–Porvoo region. The program included comprehensive arrangements such as bus transportation, accommodation, meals, and English-speaking guided visits to several fascinating locations, including the Strömfors Ironworks Village, the Salpa Line Museum, and the Maritime Centre Vellamo.
The tour culminated in a memorable dinner on the final evening at Bistro Gustaf in Porvoo. The trip was enriching, the schedule ran smoothly, and it offered international conference participants unforgettable experiences of Finland.
